Prior to Oceanus, Daphne demonstrated exceptional leadership at PayrollServe, where she turned a loss-making department into a highly profitable one within just a year, through her focus on growth, operational excellence and client relationship management. Managing a team of 30 payroll and HR specialists and serving over 300 MNC clients, Daphne has built deep domain knowledge and strategic understanding of best practices in human resources, payroll management and service delivery.
